The Equipment Arrives
On Thursday the equipment was delivered an hour before it was supposed to, an hour before my neighbor was going to generously help me unload the pallets with his forklift. He, nor his forklift were available, so I asked a different neighbor, the owner of Reliable Auto Glass. Outstanding guy!... John bent over backward to help me unload and put into position four pallets with kilns, potters' wheels, and more. The gas kiln was a beast and it took 5 guys and a forklift to shift it into place. Thanks fellas!
I purchased my equipment from Seattle Pottery Supply, which is actually a place I used to work about 20 years ago, right before I started teaching. They were outstanding in every way. The equipment showed up wrapped and crated amazingly well, such attention to detail in protecting my equipment is outstanding. They also included additional notes of instructions to go with the manuals of things, for extra clarity. All of this is greatly appreciated... Thank you!
Now, with the equipment, I am ready to rock and roll (almost :0)
